From $600 + GST to be paid two weeks prior to function.
A Bond of $200 is to be paid immediately the event date is finalised. This is to secure the premises for the event and to cover cancellation of the event by the Hirer or the non-acceptance of a Special Liquor Licence. The Bond also covers against any breakages or damage to the property or grounds.
Refund of Bond after satisfactory conclusion.
The Club Bar Licence allows for beverages to be served from the Bar until 11:30pm and the premises must be vacated by no later than 12:30am. Barmen to be paid on the night $25 per hour or part thereof and no less than $100 per night (each).
SPECIAL LIQUOR LICENCE
[$55.00 – $180.00 + GST, depending on numbers) [$55/<100, $180 > 100].
The Club generally needs to apply for a NON-REFUNDABLE Special Liquor Licence (SLL) for an event involving bar sales. Auckland Liquor Licensing Agency may require 6 weeks to process a Special Liquor Licence.
Should the SSL application be declined, for any reason, the Club will claim that payment from the Bond. At that point, the booking will no longer apply and all other monies will be refunded.
Bar Manager to determine how many barmen are required. Barman (or his appointee) to check and close premises.
There is a FULL BAR SERVICE available. In accordance with the existing licence all alcohol must be purchased from the Bar and consumed on the premises. There is NO BYO facility. An EFTPOS facility is available. All bar costs are to be paid at the conclusion of the event.
Capacity of Hall – 240 but depending on type of function 150 recommended (max).
As the premises will generally be in use early the following day, the club (including kitchen & bathrooms) MUST be left clean, tidy & uncluttered after function. Caterers/hirers are free to use all kitchen equipment as required but to leave kitchen as it was found. All non-Club property must be removed. Disposal of ALL bulk refuse immediately after the event is the responsibility of the Hirer – health issue. If not clean & tidy the cost of a special visit by the Club’s regular cleaner to come from Bond.
